- As TELESUPPORT experience contractor, we took the responsibility to minimize time and efforts needed from our customers to achieve their targets, that’s why we built our own database of selective suppliers with competitive prices.
- TELESUPPORT assure high Quality supplied Materials, and coverage of local and international suppliers.Equipment: such as Passive Cabinet, Racks, ODFs, TB, DDFs, Patch Cord, Connectors and OF cable (In-door & Out-door, Single-Mode & Multi-Mode), and all FTTH components.
- Installation Materials: such as indoor ladder, outdoor ladder, antenna bracket, MW bracket, power cables, earth cables, Power Box, pipe, flexible, basket tray, etc.
Logistics
- TELESUPPORT use international processes to handle logistics serving customers business
- Owning suitable warehouse , helped us a lot to take care of customer products and facilitate delivery process
- Following the agreed process with customer TELESUPPORT handles transportation from customer warehouse to our warehouse for planned installation or to site directly as planned with customer.
- If the material supposed to be stored at our warehouse, It must go through inspection process according to check list agreed with customer and versus quantity, outputting report with final situation after inspection.
- Also Installation Team must check materials at site and send immediate report to customer in case of direct transfer from customer warehouse to site.
